This immaculate south facing five-bedroom holiday home is built over three levels, on the main floor is a spectacular entrance hall featuring a beautiful staircase, chandelier and domed ceiling, reminiscent of the Renaissance era. This space then leads on to spacious and bright open plan lounge and dining area with a wonderful fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings in. Adjacent, is an additional living room which follows on to a modern and fully equipped kitchen with an island. Also, on this floor is a charming guest suite. All rooms on this level have access to the terraces and wonderful tropical landscaped gardens which feature a BBQ area, sunbed deck, a heated swimming pool (perfect for all year round swimming ) and a unique secluded terrace with panoramic views of La Quinta and La Concha mountain.
On the first floor, is the master suite with a super comfortable seating area, walk in wardrobe, spacious bathroom with a luxurious jacuzzi and separate shower, all sharing a beautiful south facing terrace overlooking the stunning gardens. You can also find two additional guest suites sharing access to a sunny terrace space.
On the lower floor, the garage has been recently converted in to an independent guest apartment comprising two king size beds which sleep up to four guests as well as a spacious bathroom. This section of the villa has its own access to the utility room as well as independent access from the exterior of the villa, ideal for guests requiring extra privacy. Additional features include on-site parking for up to four cars, air-conditioning, oil fired central heating (which makes the villa very cosy in winter), alarm system and 24hr security.
The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top-quality service and an excellent experience.
In the property, you can enjoy a choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. We also provide fast and free WIFI with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads.
Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
